How Intense Anxiety can potentially make you Financially Free
The Titel sounds kinda weird, but I think there is real truth in it. When you look at people suffering from anxiety, they are always overthinking and are hardly satisfied with themselves or their circumstances.
So in my opinion of course the first step to beginning Entrepreneurship is improving your Mental Health.
There are main pillars on how you can drastically improve your Mental Health but I think you can start with this Article and then you will be directed to each section in detail.
But you are now probably thinking, how the hell can I work on a business when I´m constantly focused on my thoughts and worries?
As I mentioned above, if you cut out all digital distractions and do the right habits for a period of time, you can not believe how fast things change.
Good Articles therefore:
And I choose especially that topic because I fully believe people who struggle with anxiety have a lot of potential in bringing value to other people.
Most people who are suffering from Anxiety, are people that care so much about other people and always put themselves behind and what’s more important they also have strong feelings.
Jim Rohn once said, give me people with strong feelings. I don’t care which ones but with strong feelings, you can teach them the right ones. Smart guy!
Once you improved your overall Mental Health, and trust me it is really simple! Not easy but it is simple. You will have the discipline to do the right habits.
Before I show you how you can start with ideas I want to mention a few people who used their Anxiety to help people and started to provide value and therefore also made a lot of money:
Tom Bilyeu:
He used his anxiety as a driving force to create value for people by co-founding Quest Nutrition and later, Impact Theory. By sharing his struggles and experiences with anxiety, he’s been able to inspire and connect with his audience, creating a community focused on personal development and growth.
Through his businesses and content, Bilyeu has shown how anxiety can be harnessed to fuel success and help others in the process.
Hamza Ahmed:
Hamza also helped me a lot with my journey. He shared his own story and I found so many similarities to my life therefore even I improved my mental health significantly.
With his Youtube Channel with almost 2 Mio. Subscriber, he also created a good business and brought so much value to people who are suffering from anxiety.
Alex Hormozi:
I don´t know if he struggled with intense anxiety but for sure his advice about anxiety is gold. I learned a lot from him and also from a business perspective he is one of the most interesting to learn from.
With his company Acquisition.com and his Youtube Channel, he creates so much Value.
For sure there are more examples but, I just wanted to show you people who turned it all around!
Here are some ways to start:
You can now search for unsolved problems or you can improve products and make them better. There are several ways to find ideas, but the best ways I learned from the book “Unscripted” by MJ DeMarco (recommended read):
1.Language: (I hate…, This sucks…, I’m Tried of…, I wish…, I don’t like…)
Try to find solutions for that and make a Prototype.
2.Simplification: “Anything complicated is an opportunity”
3.Wants: lookout for people's wants…
4.Improvement: Improve products or services
As you can see there are a lot of ways how you can start and try something out.
Always remember don’t let money drive you, let value guide you.
“You are not getting paid for your time, you are getting paid for the value you are bringing to the market place” once Jim Rohn said.
You can test your prototypes by building websites, posting your physical prototypes on Social Media, or spending a little budget on paid Ads.
Hopefully, you changed your relationship to Anxiety a little bit and maybe this Post kicks you a little bit in the A*s to get things rolling. :)
Please give me feedback on what you think about my article. I would also appreciate it if you clap and follow me, but of course, you do not have to!
And remember “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Cheers!
